The Problem

A Saudi information security firm selling to enterprise and government. The website had to survive a procurement officer scanning it for credibility in under thirty seconds.

05 / Key Decisions

Key Decisions

  1. Credibility is the product

Nobody buys security services from a site that feels loud or improvised. I studied how Saudi enterprise buyers scan a vendor — governance vocabulary, clear service boundaries, calm typography — and made restraint the design decision.

  2. Arabic as the primary voice

Not a language toggle bolted onto an English site. The information architecture, service naming, and tone were written for an Arabic-reading decision maker first, which is a different register from marketing copy translated word for word.

  3. Services mapped to how they sell

Threat protection, IT governance, and digital transformation are three different conversations with three different buyers. Each got its own entry point and depth instead of one flat services page that forces everyone to self-diagnose.

  4. The site is itself a proof point

A security company with leaky headers is an argument against itself. Hardened response headers, a minimal attack surface, no unnecessary third-party scripts — the implementation had to match what the firm sells.

  5. Fast on a corporate network

Enterprise visitors often arrive through filtered, throttled networks. Keeping the payload small and the render path short was a sales requirement, not a vanity metric — a slow page reads as an unserious vendor.
